Concord came to Fisher Field Friday looking for revenge for losing to the Tigers in the final seconds of the sectional championship game in 2024. They achieved that in a convincing 38-7 win in Week 5. The Minutemen built a 10-0 lead in the first half before a 68-yard run by Michael Schenck put the Tigers in position to get on the board. Schenck's run up the middle of the field in the 2nd quarter put the Tigers at the Concord 4-yard line, and HB Wyatt Harman took it the rest of the way to get Warsaw within 3 points with 7:00 left in the 2nd quarter. And after a Matthew Flores Ortega interception put Warsaw in position to take the lead on the net possession, Warsaw gave the ball back on downs on the following possession, and Concord QB Bo Brunner scored the first of his 3 touchdown runs to put the Minutemen back up by 10 before halftime. Warsaw falls to 3-2 on the season and suffers their first loss in the conference (2-1). The Tigers travel to Plymouth Friday for a 7pm start.
