The Tiger boys soccer side ran into a solid Homestead squad and came out on the short end of a 3-1 score in Fort Wayne Wednesday night. The game was scoreless for the first 20 minutes, but the Spartans found the back of the net three times before halftime, and that would be all they would need. Warsaw did get some good scoring opportunities in the first 10 minutes of the 2nd half and scored one goal. But the Spartan defense shut the door on any thoughts of a Tiger comeback. The JV beat Homestead by a 3-1 count. Warsaw goals came from Samual Montoya (2) and Jose Gomez. Assists were credited to Eli Bell, John Conley and Samual Falla.
