The Tiger freshman football squad beat Snider 22-16 Thursday at Fisher Field. Warsaw got on the board in in the first quarter with a 3 yard touchdown run by Tanner Dippon. Carson Holland ran in the 2 pt conversion. In the second quarter Josiah Bontrager ran in a 9 yard touchdown with Bryson Ellerson getting the 2 pt conversion. The Dippon scored for a second time to put the Tigers in the lead for good in the third quarter. Defensively the Tigers were lead by Dippon, Mason Silveus, Ellerson and Cannon Swinehart had a touchdown saving tackle. The freshmen Tigers travel to South bend Adam’s next Thursday.
