What a win for the boys soccer side! Warsaw knocked off the #1 team in the state in a thriller at Goshen Thursday night. The game was level at 1-1 after regulation, and a penalty kick shootout would be needed to decide the winner. The Tigers won the shootout 5-4, with GK Jonah Burgher stopping 2 RedHawk shots to get the victory. The junior varsity won 1-0 on a goal by Eli Bell set up by JJ Hornaday. The varsity is now 8-2-3 on the season, while the JV is 6-2-1.
