The spring sports season for 2026 is officially in the books, and it was a banner spring for Tiger teams. The boys and girls track & field teams won Northern Lakes Conference championships and sectional championships, and Jordan Randall repeated as State High Jump champion. Boys golf won the conference and their sectional and qualified for the state finals, where they finished 14th. Girls rugby won the state championship by defeating two teams who had beaten them in the regular season, while the boys rugby team qualified for the state finals. Both the girls tennis team and girls softball team were runners-up in their sectional championships. In their second year of existence, boys volleyball finished with an 11-10 record and won all of their matches against NLC opponents. And varsity baseball finished third in a very strong Northern Lakes Conference. When it was all said and done, the Tiger boys have won the NLC All-Sports Trophy three straight years and four of the last five seasons, and the girls finished second in 2025-26 but have won three of the last five titles. And our athletes were tremendous in the classroom in 2025-26, posting a WCHS total student-athlete average weighted GPA of 3.50!
