The Warsaw Golf Team is 9th after the opening 18 holes of the IHSAA State Finals in Carmel Tuesday. The Tigers shot a team score of 313--25 over par--for the opening round. That's 22 shots behind tournament leader Center Grove's 291. Quinton Fifer carded the low score for Warsaw with 74 (+2), putting in birdie putts on Holes #1, #3 and #13. Isaac Summers shot 79 (+7) and is tied for 49th. RJ Ayers and Luke Baumgatner each posted a score of 80 (+8) and are tied for 56th. Breckin Christner is tied for 65th with 81 (+9).
