One of the shortest members of the Warsaw boys track & field team has been their biggest standout. While competing in a Warsaw uniform, Jordan Randall has optimized the term "day one ready". Randall won his second straight state championship in the High Jump, clearing the bar at North Central High School at 7’2”. In all of his competitions from 7th grade on, he has finished outside of first place only three times—Freshman year Hoosier State Relays (2nd place), Freshman year IHSAA state finals (24th place), Sophomore year IHSAA state finals (3rd place). After tying the old school record of 6'9" in just his second meet as a freshman, he has jumped at or above that height 39 times! All of that from a guy who is 5’7” tall. Jordan will be participating in the USATF U20 National Championships on June 19, followed by Nike Outdoor Nationals on June 20. Both events take place in Eugene, OR at Historic Hayward Field. He was also nominated for Gatorade Player of the Year for boys Track and Field for the second consecutive year. He is also a nominee for the IATCCC Mr. Track and Field award, and the Mr. Field Event Award.
