It took an extra inning, but no one seemed to care that much given the outcome. The Lady Tiger softball team played two games on Saturday, starting with a 4-3 win in 8 innings over Goshen in a makeup game from a rainout earlier this season. Leah Stafford collected her first high school win coming in to relieve Addison Eastwood. She pitched 5.1 innings of solid ball to hold the game close. In the bottom of the eighth the Lady Tigers loaded the bases with 1 out when Eastwood singled to walk it off. It was their third conference win of the season. Raegan Robinson and Ellyse Walters each went 3-4 at the plate and each scored a run. Warsaw also played Huntington North Saturday, but lost 11-10. The Goshen box score is attached here.
