Lady Tiger girls track & field coach Megan Davis has informed the Warsaw Athletic Department that she will not return to coach the team in 2027. Davis said in a letter that family concerns were at the center of her decision. "For the past decade, this program has been more than just a team to me," she says, "it has been home. It has been a place where relationships were built, memories were made, and young women grew into strong, capable leaders both on and off the track and field." "As much as this program has meant to me," she continued. "I know that this is the right time to step forward for a different role: just Mom. I believe how we show up in life matters just as much as how we compete and right now, that means choosing to be fully present for my family." The search for the next coach will begin at the end of the season. The full resignation letter is attached.
