The Warsaw boys basketball team found itself on the wrong end of a 48-30 NLC matchup at Northridge Friday. Warsaw fell behind early, but unlike previous games in the first half of the season, they were unable to rally against the Raiders. Down as many as 13 in the 3rd quarter, the Tigers put together a push that got them within 7 points, but a shot from in close that would have made the deficit 5 lipped out. The Raiders scored on their next three possessions and the Tigers were never able to challenge after that. Mydin Burgher led Warsaw with 12 points and Sam Lara 10. Warsaw shot just 41-percent from the field and 2-13 from 3-point range. Couple that with 17 Tiger turnovers and Warsaw falls to 5-6 on the season and 0-2 in the conference. The junior varsity also lost at Northridge 58-33. Landon Kralis was high-point man with 9 points.
