The Warsaw basketball teams invaded "The Hoosier Gym" Tuesday night, and it was a very successful trip. The boys kicked off the night by rallying in the 4th quarter for a 56-45 win over Providence. Mydin Burgher set a new career high with 30 points, including 21 after halftime. Sam Lara scored 10 of his 13 points in the fourth quarter. The girls then followed that up with a rally of their own, falling behind early before pulling away for a 76-58 win over Fairfield. Joslyn Bricker scored 22 of her 28 points after intermission, and Brooke Zartman hit 6 3-pointers and finished with 20. The girls are 14-1 and the boys are 5-5. The games were played at The Hoosier Gym in Knightstown, home of the fictional Hickory Huskers of the movie "Hoosiers" starring Gene Hackman and Barbara Hershey.
