Lady Tigers Beat Columbia City in Final Tune-up for Hall of Fame Classis

The Warsaw girls basketball team pulled away in the second half and posted a 70-46 win over Columbia City Tuesday in the Tiger Den. The Lady Tigers outscored the Lady Eagles 35-23 after halftime to post their 11th win in 12 games. Joslyn Bricker scored a season-high 28 points on 10-19 shooting from the field and 8-9 at the free throw line. Brooke Zartman scored 17 and Alexis Neely 11 in the victory. It was the 5th straight game that Warsaw topped 70 points. The junior varsity won a heart-stopper, topping Columbia City 36-34. Dani Rastrelli and Charlotte Kesler each scored 12 for the Lady Tigers. Next up for the varsity is the Hall of Fame Classic in New Castle Fieldhouse Monday. The Lady Tigers play Evansville Central in the first semifinal, and then would play in either the consolation or championship that night.
