The Lady Tigers continued their march through the pre-holidays portion of their schedule, winning at Plymouth 80-17 Friday night at Jack Edison Court at The Rock. Warsaw banked 26 points in the first quarter and never looked back. Brooke Zartman led the scoring with 24 points, with Joslyn Bricker right behind with 23. Kelsey Wrenn came off the bench and knocked down 3 3-pointers for a career-high 9 points. Zartman passed Julie Seiss for 3rd on the all-time Lady Tiger scoring list, and trails only 2004 Indiana Miss Basketball Jaclyn Leininger and Bricker in career points at Warsaw. The Lady Tigers have won 5 straight--all finishing with a running clock because of the IHSAA's mercy rule. The junior varsity only played two quarters against Plymouth, and beat them 27-11 for their 10th win in 11 games. The girls host Columbia City Tuesday, then play in the Hall of Fame Classic in New Castle December 22.
